I've today received a note from Wallace Sampson that he now does recall
receiving the memorandum from Larry Sarner as part of the package of his
correspondence with SRAM, and he has requested permission to forward a
copy to me. So it sounds like he cannot be a witness as to temporal
priority, but he can at least (if permission is granted) supply a copy of
the document in question.
